Donald Ross McKnight
October 12th, 1927 - November 30th, 2015
Don passed peacefully and is survived by his wife Bunny (62 years), son Rick (Joyce), daughter Laurie Fanning (Dave), grandchildren Amanda (Lee), Ryan & Trevor, great grandchild Ella as well as his sisters Val & Shelagh.
He was born in Winnipeg, the 9th of 10 children. Don moved to Vancouver in 1955. He worked for TCA then Air Canada from 1948-1977. Upon retiring he opened Richmond Trophies with his wife and daughter.
He loved golf and travel, often with all of his family. One of his great joys in life was to challenge his grandchildren to a game of crib. He loved the simple things in life, a quiet patio with a view of the ocean and a good Barbados rum. He will be greatly missed.
